In order to start the work, we need to receive project drawings & specifications

Agreement
We directly get back to you with a priced proposal through your email. Afterwards, one of our business developers will get back to you for any clarification or questions regarding the proposal. Our business developer are highly trained and ready to discuss any part of the proposal including negotiating the pricing of our proposal.

Baseline for Internal Review
AIM will then provide a detailed scheduling submittal for internal review. IF the schedule should be cost or resources loaded. This process might require more assistance from the project manager. The project manager with help of our scheduler will fill in an excel sheet divided as per the schedule activities in order to assign the cost vales or resources to each activity on our schedule

Finalized Baseline
A finalized submittal will be submitted to be provided to the Owner ( Authority / Department /Arch.)
IF AIM received any comments from the owner, AIM is resposible to address any comments until offical approval

Progress Updates
Upon the receiving the filled update template, our scheduler will apply the actuals and provide a complete schedule update submittal as per the specifications.
If there are still in comments from the owner, AIM shall address them till final official approval. The same sequence will apply for each update except in case of delay claims or recovery schedules.
