We Can Have Your Project
Our experienced BIM team consists of various BIM managers and modelers whom accumulated high level of experience by the years. They are highly co-operative and motivated to serve your project needs in the best manner possible.

Receiving Project Documents
Sending Us BIM Specification & 2D drawing Bid Package. AutoCAD drawings will be of a very high value along with the site co-ordinates model & the existing condition surveys. Any basic .RVT Or DGN models would be of great value as well and would save too much time from our side. The level of detail required needs to be also clearly defined from the beginning of the work.

Agreement
We will review it in detail and submit you with a detailed proposal. An introductory phone call will take place with our technical team as we are finalizing our proposal to make sure we are totally aware of your requirements.

Base Model
Providing first draft Base model for review. We will also send clash detection report highlighting any clashes for co-ordination purposes.

Co-ordination & Updates
Addressing any received comments. Resending Base-model with zero clashes based on the standardized tolerance accepted.
Upon Base Model approval, we will require up to-date shop drawings/Surveys/Laser Scans if performed in order to provide an updated model.
